I have some good news coming soon – but I can't make the announcement yet.

On Owning A Small Business….

“Owning your own small business is like having a bad knee. Eventually, you just get used to the limp.”

But Wait – Safari is 1/2 Way There!!

I just went through the preferences (why didn't I think of this before). There is an option to block pop-ups!!

Oh, Apple – if you only knew!!

Bless you – now, just deliver a tabbed-browser environment and I'll learn to do a cartwheel!!

First Post From Safari

Well, before the closing music was done with the MWSF keynote, I had downloaded a copy of Safari. It really is the fastest browser I've used yet. The interface is great and very responsive. There are 2 things that may keep it from immediately replacing Chimera on my F-key list:

  • No Tabbed Browsing – I often have a dozen or more browsers open for different projects and development environments.
  • Popup Windows Are Back – I had forgotten just how many popups/popunders were out there on the public web. Chimera had squashed them all. Now, Safari let's them back in.

Apple, PLEASE fix these two things and my heart (and wallet) will continue to be yours.

  • The Tao of Steve.

Be desireless. Be excellent. Be gone.
